What we collect
When you submit the estimate form on this website we collect the name, phone number, email address, approximate square footage, preferred timeline and project description you choose to give us, together with the date and time of the submission and the page it was sent from.
Why we collect it
We use it for one purpose only: to reply to your enquiry, arrange a free on-site estimate and carry out the work you ask us to quote. We never sell, rent or trade your details.
How it is processed
Estimate requests are securely saved in the private Royal Forms area of this WordPress site before email delivery is attempted. The website host and configured email provider process the request to store and deliver it. Some providers may process information outside Canada, where local law may apply. This theme includes no advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and its fonts are self-hosted.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, and meet legitimate legal or business requirements. When no longer needed, records should be securely deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete your record, subject to any legal requirement to retain it.
Spam protection
The form uses a hidden honeypot, a signed minimum completion-time check and temporary rate limiting to block automated spam. Rate limiting uses a one-way connection fingerprint. Optional technical diagnostic storage is off by default; if an administrator enables it, a shortened one-way fingerprint and browser information may be stored with the request.
